Special Announcement from DAS/DATA.
Tomorrow, Friday, September 6th will be a half day of school. Students will be released at 11:30am. The reason for the early release is to allow part of our floors to be completed within the building. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your flexibility. All staff and students must exit the building by 12:30pm. All after school activities will run as planned. Again, tomorrow, Friday, September 6th is a half day of school for students and staff with everyone released at 11:30am.
Tomorrow is the beginning of the school year!
First and foremost, I would like to welcome everyone back and look forward to a great year!
As a reminder, tomorrow is our first day of school. It is a half day for everyone and ends at 11:30am. Again, school will be dismissed tomorrow at 11:30am.
For Drummond Island parents: The parking lot has been expanded. Please park only on the gravel and leave plenty of room for the bus to make the turn out of school.
For DeTour parents and students: Be advised the road heading into the school is now a one way with all traffic entering off St. Mary’s St and exiting on South Caribou Lake road. In addition, please be patient as we finalize the bond project work from this summer. Everyone is working very hard to get everything completed. Your patience is greately appreciated
Once again, we look forward to getting a great start to the new year.
Have a great rest of your evening.
