The Islanders Spring Athletic Banquet will take place on Wednesday, June 4th at 5:30pm in DeTour. This banquet is for all JV and Varsity athletes that participated in a spring sport. If you have not turned in your uniform to your coach, please turn it in at the banquet thank you. Go Islanders!!

Many of you are making lots of plans for the weekend, so we felt it a good idea to get you next week's schedule today.
We are wrapping up our 24-25 Islanders season with MS Track Regionals, HS Baseball and Softball District Play-In games, and UP Golf and Track Finals. Information beyond what is below will be shared as soon as it becomes available.
With regards to MS Track practice on Tuesday, Coach Barr has asked that ALL kids be present WITH their uniforms for pictures.

DeTour Daily Announcements 05/19/2025
2025-2026 Sports Physicals will be available for any students in Grades 5-11 tomorrow at Drummond Island Family Health from 10:00-11:30. There was a sign-up last week and physical cards were passed out. Students can be taken to Drummond on the 9:40 ferry, with return on the 12:10. In order to go, students must have their physical cards filled out ENTIRELY, along with $35 (checks made payable to DI Family Health). Please contact Mrs. Galarowic with any questions.
FYI...in order to participate in the 25-26 sports season, students MUST have a filled out and sign physical on file with the school. Many area doctors and walk-in clinics offer physicals as well.

We're down to the last regular season week for our Islanders...next week post-season meets and games begin. Please take a close look at your kiddos' practice, meet and game schedule. You will see that the HS SB game against St. Ignace on Wednesday has been cancelled due to scheduling conflicts.

Good morning, Islanders!
