February 2025 Lunch Menu For DeTour and Drummond Island Schools

DeTour Area Schools and DATA will be closing today, Wednesday, January 22nd, at 11:30am. The closure is due to inclement weather on the river. In addition, all evening extra curricular activities, including games, have been canceled.

We look forward to seeing the kids to discuss having the musical theatre program up and running again!
Drummond students are requested to be on the 3:10 ferry and will be on the 5:40 back to the island.
Any questions, please contact Paula Sunderman at psunderman-das@eupschools.org.

A FRIENDLY REMINDER TO ALL PARENTS
Thanks for a great start to the school year! Now that we have made it through the first week, please make sure you are dropping off all students at the main set of doors and not at the student’s classroom. If you need to speak with the teacher, please reach out via email, text or stopping by the office to schedule an appointment. Thank you.

The first day of school for all of our Drummond Island Elementary staff and students. It was a great start to the new year!

Tomorrow is the beginning of the school year!
First and foremost, I would like to welcome everyone back and look forward to a great year!
As a reminder, tomorrow is our first day of school. It is a half day for everyone and ends at 11:30am. Again, school will be dismissed tomorrow at 11:30am.
For Drummond Island parents: The parking lot has been expanded. Please park only on the gravel and leave plenty of room for the bus to make the turn out of school.
For DeTour parents and students: Be advised the road heading into the school is now a one way with all traffic entering off St. Mary’s St and exiting on South Caribou Lake road. In addition, please be patient as we finalize the bond project work from this summer. Everyone is working very hard to get everything completed. Your patience is greately appreciated
Once again, we look forward to getting a great start to the new year.
Have a great rest of your evening.
