Drummond Island Elementary students had a great time today at the Northwood Camp. They enjoyed a hayride, playing yard games and had a nice walk in the woods.

Yesterday was Constitution Day. Mr Norris created a fun, interactive activity for middle and high school students to learn more about the Constitution of the United States. Each team had to run around to different stations located on the football field to earn tickets for a sweet treat at the end.
Michigan's Farm science lab visited Drummond Island Elementary and Detour Arts and Technology Elementary yesterday. Miss Linda did a wonderful job sharing a lot of information about local Michigan agriculture. Students learned a lot about plants and all the wonderful things cows provide.
